We currently offer two coaching options. Each requires an initial consultation, at which point Beth will talk to you more in depth about our coaching tracks.

$160/mo  – 6 month minimum – includes two 45-minute sessions per month, once daily email support available , and a customized plan designed in the first week

$300/mo – 3 month minimum – includes up to four 45-minute sessions per month plus two monthly 10-minute laser calls, once daily email support available, a customized plan designed in the first week.

Initial consultation lasts 30 – 45 minutes  $60.
